- Interviews of shortlisted candidates residing outside the Islamabad / Rawalpindi region and vicinity can be arranged via audio/video conferencing at the nearest HEC Regional Offices located at Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar.
How to Pay Fee
Non-refundable Test Fee of Rs.1200/- is to be deposited via 1 Link 1BIII Invoice at participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easypaisa/JazzCash/Upaisa. Once you have selected 1 Link 1 Bill Invoice payment service, Open/Sign into your mobile App and click on Bill payment or payment services (as per your mobile banking App options).
To make a payment, select “1 Bill Invoice Payment Services” and input the consumer number generated by the ETC portal. Once the payment details appear, proceed to make the payment.
After completing the fee deposit via “1 Link 1 Bill Invoice,” click on “Verify Online Payment” on the ETC-HEC Dashboard.
Please note that the test fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another party.
Candidates should address any queries or complaints before the web registration portal’s closure. The system cannot accommodate inquiries or complaints beyond the registration deadline due to logistical and security constraints.
