HEC overseas scholarship 2021-22 Online Apply. HEC e-portal application form. Higher education commission HEC has announced overseas scholarships 2021 phase 3 batch-III for PhD in MS/Phil in engineering and technology.

HEC need based scholarship 2021-22 is available for Pakistani students. Higher education commission HEC invites applications from Pakistani/AJK nationals for the award of PhD and MS/MPhil scholarships.

HEC offers PhD’s scholarships in selected fields, whereas MS/Phil Scholarships are being offered in Engineering Technology. Currently, available Scholarships are for Spring Fall (2022) session in HEC-identified top-ranked foreign universities of advanced countries.

Eligibility Criteria

Domicile	Pakistani/AlK nationals
Qualification	For PhD scholarships 18 years of education (MS/MPhil/ME) before the closing date For MS/MPhil scholarships( Engineering Technology) 16 years of education (registered with NTC Pakistan). Maximum one 2nd Division throughout the academic career prior to the final degree Candidates must have a minimum CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 in the semester system or 1st Division in the annual system) in MS/MPhil/ME or Equivalent degree.
Age Limit	40 years age limit for regular faculty members of r universities/colleges 35 years for all others
HAT (HEC Aptitude Test)	Candidates must secure 70% marks in a valid HEC Aptitude Test). HEC will consider best HAT score of the last 02 years for shortlisting purpose.

Important Note:

Merit will be drawn on the basis of HEC Aptitude test (HAT) score
HEC reserves the right to reallocate any country/university to the candidate.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews and the admission process.
All candidates should make sure that their field of the subject is being offered in their choice of country universities.
Candidates should fulfill the host university to secure admission which may include international FRE, TOFEL.
The candidates should submit NOC before submission of application.
