- The selected candidates will have to give an undertaking that they will serve the posts for at least 5 years (if required) otherwise they will be liable to pay the expenses on the train given to them along with a penalty will pay back to the institution. They are subject to the Civil Servants Act, 1973 (and the laws made therein) and the Essential Services Maintenance Act, if any.
- Candidates will have to submit an affidavit that initially they will have served at least five (05) years in the province/district of their respective institution until the institution accepts their offer of services
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan including remote areas.
- The competent authority may accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason or may withdraw from the entire recruitment process or may stop the recruitment of certain posts for administrative reasons.
