Qualification Required/ Eligiblity Criteria
- Metric with science minimum second division.
- 10% weightage will be given to FSC (with Physics Math) and DAE pass students.
- Age limit: 17 to 21 Years on 29-2-2020.

Training duration/Selection Procedure
1/1.5 years selected candidates will undergo training in Pakistan Ordinance Factories Wah cantt Institute of technology.
Payment of stipend during the training
- during the first semester (6 month) 50% of BPS 5 (rupees 5130 per month)
- during the second semester (6 month) 60% of BPS 5 (rupees 6156 per month)
- during third semester (6 month) 80% of BPS 5 (rupees 8202 per month)
Accommodation
hostel accommodation will be provided to selected candidates on demand upon availability on First Come First serve basis

Terms and condition
Affidavit: fresh Entrants after their selection as a artisan will submit an affidavit on stamp paper value rupees 100 duly signed by his/her surety to complete his/her training satisfactory. POF management is not responsible for offering jobs to all apprentices. However, successful Candidates maybe selected subject to availability of seats.
Bond deed: the artist who will be offered the job as per need of after completion of training, will have to execute the prescribed bond to serve thereafter in Pakistan Ordnance Factory Wah Cantt for a minimum period of 6 years in case of leaving they will have to refund training expenses 50,000
