- After the final selection as Artisan, candidates will have to submit an Rs. 100/ affidavit on stamp paper duly signed by his/her surety to complete his/her training period.
- Successful candidates may get job in POF according to the no of vacancies available,
- POF management is not responsible to offer jobs to all apprentices,
- If a job is offered to the candidate, then they will have to serve POF according to their undertaking.
- The Artisans, who will get a job at POF after completion of their training, will have to work in POF for a minimum period of 6 years.
- If a candidate leaves jobs before 06 years then he will have to refund all the training expenses spent on his training (including a penalty of Rs.50,000/) .
- The selected candidates will get hostel accommodation upon availability on first come, first served basis
Payment Of Stipend During Training for POF Artisan
During 1st semester (06 months)= 50 % of BPS-5 (Rs. 5130/ per month)
During 2nd semester (06 months)= 60 % of BPS-5 (Rs. 6156/ per month)
During 3rd semester (06 months)= 80 % of BPS-5 (Rs. 8208/ per month)
