- Employees of Federal Government or Provincial Government and Autonomous Bodies of Federal Government or Provincial Government and of Local Bodies are not entitled to age concession for the period of their service in such organisation.
- 2. If a candidate says their qualifications are equal to the required qualifications, they must provide an equivalence certificate from the relevant authority, such as HEC, PEC, PMDC, PMC, or the QEDC of the appropriate department. This certificate must be submitted at the interview or whenever requested by the Commission. If a candidate does not provide this certificate when asked, their application will be rejected.
- In case, a candidate claims experience in a private firm/entity, he/she must bring proof at the time of interview that the firm/entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Regulatory Authority, failing which his/her application shall be rejected.
- The candidates will ensure that after applying for a particular post they will immediately apply for Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC in their concerned Department(s) and provide the Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC at the time of interview (if called).
- The candidates just after applying for a particular post advertised by PPSC will ensure that they have obtained/applied for registration in PEC/PMDC/PMC/PNC etc. certificate in another relevant body for Registration Certificate as the case may be. The candidates are cautioned that their candidature will be cancelled if they fail to submit Registration Certificate on the date of interview.
- The candidates will ensure that they will provide marks obtained / total marks or percentage certificate of all degrees, issued by the Competent Authority, at the time of interview. CGPA is not acceptable.
- The candidates will ensure that they are providing information in their online application form that they have obtained marks as per the percentage. They must have a total of all marks and total obtained marks to avoid rejection at any stage of the selection process.
- Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if required, will only be held at Lahore.
