How To Apply (Junior Technician Vaccinator jobs 2022 NTS apply online)
Candidate for application must visit (NTS) website
Interested candidates can submit application form along with a copy of CNIC and 02 recent passport size photographs, to NTS through courier on the address which is mentioned on application form.
Last date to apply is 31.12.2021 till 3:00pm
Note: The official advertisement will be published on 16 December 2021 and application forms will be available on NTS website.
Candidates should submit original documents and a set of attested photocopies of all relevant documents at the time of interview.
Interviews will be conducted at the office of the concerned district health Authority.
Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date or closing of office hours on the last date for submission of application will not be entertained.
Terms and Conditions
- The candidates having qualification of Manic will apply after completion of Condenser Course from Punjab Medical Faculty.
- Disabled candidates /Special Persons shall attach proof of registration from the Social Welfare Department along with a Disability Certificate issued by the District Standing Medical Board.
- Candidates shall have at least 50% marks in NTS to qualify.
- In case of a large number of candidates Qualifying NTS test, Appointing Authority reserves the right to decide upon any threshold marks ratio of candidates.
- Candidates can apply for more than 01 districts however NTS will conduct only a single test and will charge fee against 01 district
